The Forbidden Cursed Island — by Julius. Full text:

  1. The Forbidden Cursed Island. Five minutes. One key. One chance. No daylight. Find the key. Break the code. Enter if you dare. Written by Julius.
  2. List of Characters.
  3. Techno is a 20-year-old tech genius who loves computers and gadgets. His hacking skills help him unlock doors, crack codes, and save his friends. Although he is smart and brave, he is afraid of monsters and worries about failing in front of others.
  4. Phoenix is a 24-year-old with a kind and caring heart who always helps others. Their greatest strength is protecting friends, even in dangerous situations. However, Phoenix struggles to make decisions and fears being rejected by the people they care about.
  5. Screamer is a 90-year-old who is always screaming. Their powerful screams can burst eardrums, but they become helpless if someone says, "Shhh." Their biggest fear is quiet places.
  6. First, they travel to a forbidden cursed island. When they arrive, the sky is always covered by a glowing blood-red moon. There is no daytime, and dark red rain falls without stopping. In the distance, they see a huge black-and-red building. "We have to go inside," one of them whispers.
  7. Taking a deep breath, they slowly walk toward the creepy building, wondering what horrors are waiting for them inside.
  8. To open the building, they must find a special key hidden deep beneath the dark ocean. They have only five minutes to find it before the entrance seals forever. "We have to hurry!" one of them shouts.
  9. The Crimson Key is hidden deep beneath the dark ocean surrounding the island. Without wasting a second, they dive into the cold water.
  10. Strange shadows swim around them, but they keep searching. "There!" one of them shouts, pointing at a glowing chest resting on the ocean floor.
  11. The chest is protected by a magical security system. Working together, they quickly unlock it and grab the Crimson Key. With only a few seconds left, they race back to the building.
  12. The giant door slowly creaks open. "It worked!" they cheer.
  13. But as they step inside, the door slams shut behind them. The hallway is silent, except for a mysterious voice echoing through the darkness. "Welcome... to the first trial."
  14. Five minutes. One key. One chance. No daylight. They arrive on a forbidden island where the blood moon never fades and blood rain never stops. A dark building awaits — its door locked by an ancient curse. The only way in is to find the Crimson Key, hidden deep beneath the ocean. Do they have what it takes to survive the first trial?

A world with a clock on it, built by Julius

Julius wanted dread you could feel, so he gave his story a rule: five minutes, one key, no daylight. He ends on a cliffhanger — he already knows what a second book is for.

  1. 1
    Techno, his hacker
    Techno, his hacker

Build the cast — before any AI

Name, personality, strength, weakness, biggest fear — on paper first.

  2. 2
Improve the writing by adding vivid descriptive details. Do not change what happens — only improve how it is written.
    The prompt the class used

Write it in his own words

Five minutes. One key. No daylight — his rule, his pages.

  3. 3

    Art-direct every illustration

One image per page, re-prompted until the island looked right.

  4. 4

    Publish and present

Read aloud to the class — then: what did I make that AI couldn’t?
